I'm Prince Garg. I photograph wildlife and landscapes in Northeast Ohio.

Most of what I shoot is within an hour or two of home: herons and egrets working the shallows, bald eagles along the river, trumpeter swans with their cygnets in spring, swallows in the last good light of the evening. Wetland birds are the work I keep coming back to, and the work I'd want to be judged on.

Four of my photographs have been selected for the Annual Amateur Photography Exhibit at Summit Metro Parks: Shades of Sunrise in 2023, Colors of Change and Morning Mist Serenity in 2025, and Unblinking Majesty in 2026. Each hung in the exhibit from January through May.

I've photographed further afield too: Colorado's Front Range, the Gulf Coast, and the wildlife parks around Washington DC. Closer to home I photograph portraits, cultural festivals, and community events around the region on weekends.

Most of this work is waiting. A heron will stand still for forty minutes and then move once. The job is being there, being quiet, and being ready for the once.
