The views, opinions and content on this Site are solely our own and do not represent or reflect those of any brand, organization, employer, client or website mentioned. No affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is implied unless explicitly stated. Where organizations are named in connection with volunteer, donated or commissioned work, they are named as a matter of fact. Naming them does not mean they endorse this Site, and it does not mean we speak for them.

Anything offered here as information, technique or guidance reflects personal experience and opinion. It is general in nature, is not professional advice of any kind, and should not be relied upon as such. Please do your own research and consult an appropriate professional where the answer matters.

All photographs, video, text and design on this Site are our original work and are protected by copyright. Copyright is retained in every image, including images created on a volunteer or donated basis and images delivered to clients or organizations. Nothing here is public domain, stock, royalty-free, or free to use.

Without our written permission you may not copy, download, reproduce, republish, print, redistribute, sell or license any image; use one in advertising, on merchandise or in any commercial or promotional context; alter one and present the result as the original or as your own work; remove a credit, watermark or embedded metadata; or use any image to train, fine-tune, benchmark or develop any machine learning or artificial intelligence system, model or dataset.

Permission is usually easy to get, and most requests are granted. Photographs on this Site are documentary or fine-art works. Standard photographic processing — selection, cropping, exposure, contrast and colour adjustment — is applied to published images. Photographs are not represented as forensic or evidentiary records. No image should be relied upon as proof of any fact, condition, location, species identification or event.

Wildlife images are made without baiting and without deliberate disturbance of animals or habitat. Specific locations of sensitive species and nesting sites are withheld. Nothing on this Site is encouragement to approach wildlife, to enter restricted, private or hazardous areas, or to attempt any technique described here. Outdoor and wildlife photography carries real risk. You are responsible for your own safety and for complying with all applicable laws, permits and land-access rules.

Where images include recognisable people, they are published only where appropriate consent has been obtained. Images in which a minor is recognisable are not published without the written consent of a parent or guardian. Images connected with an active animal cruelty investigation or legal proceeding are withheld from publication until the organization concerned confirms in writing that the restriction has lifted. If you are pictured on this Site and would like the image removed, write to photography@PrinceGarg.com and it will be taken down promptly. You do not need to give a reason.

Bookings and commissioned work are governed by the written agreement for that engagement. Where that agreement and this page differ, the written agreement prevails for that engagement. This page is not an offer, a quotation, or a contract, and nothing here creates one.

We will never contact you unsolicited to request personal information, banking details or payment. We will never ask for payment by gift card, cryptocurrency, wire transfer to an unfamiliar account, or a payment app handle you have not been given directly by us. We correspond only from addresses at the PrinceGarg.com domain. We will never write to you from a free webmail account (gmail.com, outlook.com, yahoo.com and the like), from a look-alike domain, or from any address that merely contains our name. If you receive a message claiming to be from us or from PrinceGarg.com that does not come from an address ending in @PrinceGarg.com, treat it as fraudulent. Do not respond, do not send money, and do not share personal details. Report it to your local authorities, and please also let us know at photography@PrinceGarg.com so others can be warned. Photographer impersonation — fake booking enquiries, fake deposit requests, cloned portfolio sites — is common. Please verify you are dealing with us before sending anything.
