All photographs, video and written content on PrinceGarg.com are the original work of Prince Garg and are protected by copyright. Copyright is retained in every image, including images created on a volunteer or donated basis and images delivered to clients or organizations. Nothing on this site is public domain, stock, royalty-free, or free to use.
Copy, download, reproduce, republish, print, redistribute, sell or license any image; use any image in advertising, on merchandise, on a website, or in any commercial or promotional context; alter, crop or apply filters to an image and present the result as your own or as the original; remove a credit, watermark or embedded metadata; or use any image to train, fine-tune, benchmark or develop any machine learning or artificial intelligence system, model or dataset, whether commercial or not.
Sharing a link to a page on this site is always welcome. Reposting an image to social media is permitted only where the image is clearly credited to Prince Garg and PrinceGarg.com, is not cropped to remove a credit, is not used commercially, and is not presented as the poster's own work. Permission for this limited use may be withdrawn at any time.
Images are available for licensing — editorial, commercial, print and display. Terms depend on the use, the territory and the duration. Please write to photography@PrinceGarg.com describing what you would like to use and how, and you will get a straight answer quickly.
We donate photography to selected animal rescues, sanctuaries and community organizations. Those organizations receive broad, permanent, no-cost permission to use the images for their own mission — fundraising, newsletters, annual reports, social media, their website, print and signage. That permission is granted to the organization only. It does not extend to their sponsors, partners, vendors or media contacts for those parties’ own use, and it does not permit resale. If you have seen one of these images published by an organization and would like to use it yourself, the organization cannot grant that — please ask us.
Where images include recognisable people, they are published only where appropriate consent has been obtained. Images in which a minor is recognisable are not published without the written consent of a parent or guardian. Images connected with an active animal cruelty investigation or legal proceeding are withheld from publication until the organization concerned confirms in writing that the restriction has lifted. If you are pictured on this site and would like the image removed, write to photography@PrinceGarg.com and it will be taken down promptly. You do not need to give a reason.
The preferred credit is "Photo: Prince Garg" or "Photo: Prince Garg / PrinceGarg.com".
Unauthorised use is taken seriously and is pursued. If you believe an image has been used without permission — including your own work appearing here in error — write to photography@PrinceGarg.com with the details and it will be addressed promptly.
Most requests are granted, and for non-commercial, educational and conservation uses they are usually granted at no cost. The only thing that causes a problem is using an image without asking.
